I am trying to bring my Paul Bunyan game back to its former glory and was getting pretty close and now I am going in circles. Here is what I have left to conquer:
1) 10 point relay switch sticks on first 10 point score
a. here is what else I have determined related, only happens for player 1, player 2 scores fine
b. If I jump the blue white wire from the 10 point bell to the 10 point score reel coil lead everything works fine anytime 10 point scored. (eos switch on
10 point score reel actuates when coil strokes and releases 10 point relay as it should)
c. Ruled out play field by disconnecting jones plugs and then manually actuate 10 point relay and it still locks on

2) Having same problem as above on 100 point relay (player 1 only)

3) Rollover from 100s to 1000 not working on both player one and player two
a. Figured it was either 100 or 1000 point relay since it is happening on both players
b. 1000 score reel works fine when activated manually at the 1000 point relay
c. I have looked at everything I know to look at (cleaned, gapped at 100 and 1000 point relays….cleaned and gapped switches at score reel for 100 and
1000

Everything else on game works as it is suppose to; startup, everything goes to zero, ball count advances and everything on playfield working etc…
At the end of my rope and need help from the pros.

Quoted from captainboz:

10 point relay switch sticks on first 10 point score

If the 10 Point score reel solenoid doesn't activate when this happens, Inspect and diagnose this circuit with Alligator clip jumper wires

Thanks Howard R ... your jumper approach worked well.
1) 10 point relay sticking problem ended up being the result of a hold relay (O) switch out of adjustment.
2) 100 point relay sticking ended up being the result of hold relay (P) switch out of adjustment.
3) Rollover from 100s to 1000 ended up being a switch adjustment in hold relay (O) between the 9th position 2nd hundreds and 100 scoring relay

In all cases the switches that were out of adjustment were very hard to detect with the eye. Basically i isolated them by using the jumper and then improved the contact alignment and tension.

Thanks again Howard R for putting me on the right path
