Been trying to get mine going replaced with new transistors and digits linked in this thread. Board still won’t power on. I ordered a bunch of the IC’s hoping it’s the larger one since power goes to there and then off to other parts of the board. It’s getting the proper voltage off the harness and to the board. Anyone worked on one of these had to replace any of those chips?

Look up jerry clause on Facebook or the various pin groups. Mine was toasted really bad and he brought it back to life for around 100$.
