Later in the 70s, C.C. pin's score reels needed to be in sequence and return to zero so
the circuitry would be completed for the Reset Relay to energize, but I'm pretty certain
that's not the case in Kicker's era..
I'd have to think Kicker score reels have the 9th position and run out switches.
I'd check the 10-90 score reel run-out switch which is open only when the score reel
is on zero. I'd also check the "Score Reset" Relay in the head that should have 4 sets
of switches. Each set of switches resets a score reel at start up when pulsing.
