I agree, I find it funny…that said, if you’re offended, please move on. Nothing needs to be changed. I’m sure it wasn’t intentional..unlike many Disney animations…yup,I said it.

I finally found someone that posts dumber shit than me. Thanks!
Quoted from GCS2000:I hear ya. And yes I have heard/seen how many feel the game is bad.
Hoping to find one I can get to and play when I have more time in my schedule (there is one several hours away but I cannot spare that much time at the moment).
On a side note has any owner added the Back Alley mods yet (yes I know the apron is a preorder) if so how do you like them?
If you are ever in Nj send me a pm. You are welcome to come play mine when it gets here. Ill also be streaming it a bunch on twitch when the time comes.

Not offensive to me at all, but I see what I see. I've got a deposit in. It doesn't bother me enough to prevent me from buying a fantastic game.

Agreed. People will see what they want to see. If that’s what they see, and it bothers them…so be it. Others won’t see it, or will look past it. If this is the worst that can be thrown at Scooby…it’s a hit!
Been out of this thread for a bit...
Where is #1011 CE fitting in w current build rate ( approx.)?

Thanks Pinbuds!!

Jinkies!
Quoted from BackAlleyMatt:A link to a quick video of our Scooby Apron Mod...just wanted to add this to all of the pics we have been showing
That's really cool - great job! Usually I don't feel the need to add too much to my spooky pins (except ACNC I've really gone to town on that), but that is a really nicely done upgrade.
Quoted from MK6PIN:Thanks Pinbuds!!
A couple people set up some shipping projections and self tracking spread sheets. They are in topic index/key posts. Pretty easy to find if you scroll to the top of this page (although it did take me a minute to figure it out…haha). The projections have been pretty close. Thanks to those who tackled it, entered the early data, and got the sheets going. Been nice to have.

Never mind. Someone already referenced the spreadsheets while I was SLOWLY typing.

This is where ai text to image really shines.
Thanks for the purple cocks image guys. Hard to block that out now.
#132 should be here soon.
Cocks flipping balls!

You guys have pinball machine collections worth $50,000 and up and have them plugged in to cheap power strips instead of quality surge protectors?

I run all my games off a few APC LE1200 Line-R Automatic Voltage Regulators. I'm taking no chances with that.

Agree 100%
I bought one of these, a few hundred dollars seems worth the investment

Another option is to have an electrician install a Whole House surge suppressor in your main panel.
Protects the whole house, including stuff you can't unplug during a heavy thunderstorm.

probably a good idea regardless, but my guess is the zerosurge still offers superior protection
<sorry didn't mean to hijack the owners thread - but I cringe when I see these expensive machines plugged into $10 power strips or cheap surge protectors>

Just curious how many pins you run off one of these?

More protection is better than no protection, but I still unplug my games when there are thunderstorms.
Takes 30 seconds and better safe than sorry.

What would a surge do to harm a game? I plug mine straight into a wall outlet (3).
Quoted from BKPitmaster:What would a surge do to harm a game? I plug mine straight into a wall outlet (3).
Newer games like Scooby have computers in them and Surges can kill computers. Plust your power supply on ALL games is at risk from a surge which will at least cost you down-time.
Quoted from GCS2000:Just curious how many pins you run off one of these?
4 pins per, Zero issues. Each line r is on its own breaker so 4 pins per breaker as well. During tournaments i have had all 4 games being played at the same time without issue.

Thanks. I’ve been in the hobby 3ish years so still learning.

Pinball games sip power once they are booted up, the strain to your electrical circuits is during boot time. Like most computers and appliances Pinball tables will draw several AMPS upon boot for up to 30 seconds. So, what is important in this situation is staggering them as you turn them on. I have a separate smart plug for each game in my house and I either just boot up the one I want to play or have a little "sequence" I can run in my smart home app that will boot them all up with one minute delay.
Quoted from BKPitmaster:What would a surge do to harm a game? I plug mine straight into a wall outlet (3).
If the game is turned off you have a very slim chance of any damage because the games all have a complete disconnect switch in them, they're not like a computer or TV, etc. that still has power going to some circuits when turned off. It would take a pretty massive lighting strike / etc. for it to jump that switch and cause damage to the game.

It’s a good post. People will appreciate it. I do. Better yet Scooby will

Ditto
I actually use small UPS systems that I have gotten on sale from time to time. Only downside is that replacement batteries once needed cost as much as a new UPS system.
I run smart plugs/lights as well…thinking that as long as that switch is off no power should be getting to the pin. I have everything linked through a hue dimmer switch controlled by the Alexa app so everything lights up with the press of one button (staggered). Another button on the switch sets the brightness of the room to max for working on pins, and another shuts it all off. It’s pretty slick.
Anyways, back to Scoob. Very curious to see how code changes in the next couple of updates, with the drops and the scoop behind them coming into play. Also curious to see if Adult mode will become anything but a menu option that doesn’t work…
I have surge protection at my box and via surge protectors off the plug. Everything plugged into Alexa here too. Staggered. 4-5 games turn on at once. Each 4-5 games is on its own dedicated 20 amp circuit.

Unplugging them costs 0 dollars and is the most effective pull out method.
Do latest Spooky games not have earnings audits? Didn’t see them on Halloween or Scooby but think our R&M had them.
Quoted from centerflank:Unplugging them costs 0 dollars and is the most effective pull out method.
agree, but mine are a pain to unplug - I have to craw under the machines and most of them have subs underneath them

is Scooby Dooing 2 lines of coke before feigning outrage? Evidence from pic below does not lie. A mystery has been solved here today, folks.
