How far from shipping would it be if I were to add my name to the list? Just picked up my Scooby and interested in this mod.

Good question! Erm... so we have all the parts here to do another build round, and we almost have enough people on the overflow list to do one. We'll likely start at the same time as the extended Tokyo Neon and Lolly UFO runs, which will be when Noodle Bar is finished. So probably in around 2 months or so.

Add me to the list please
Quoted from play_pinball:Oh nooooo! What kind of glue do you recommend stumblor? I tried some gorilla super glue and couldn’t get it to bond.

Yeah super glue usually does the trick, but since that bracket is load bearing it might not be strong enough. Don't worry I'll send you a replacement.
Quoted from BobTheDegen:Any more of these lanterns shipping soon?
We should be doing another small run in around 2 or 3 months. Just waiting for the extended list to reach 50 or so (tell your friends !
I've been pretty immobile for the past 3 months after fracturing my heel bone in two places. Finally was able to get around and get these installed, no issues to report. What a great mod!

That's awesome, thanks so much for the feedback and sorry it took me so long to notice it!
I was on the fence because I am still new (our first table), but count me in on the next run. It just keeps looking cooler!

Will do, and with thanks! We pretty much have enough people for another build round now so will hopefully be sqeezing that in before we start Area 51 in a month or so time.
Hey guys, I have an unopened NIB Stumblor 4 piece MOD for sale. $325 plus shipping. https://stumblorpinball.com/products/lantern?variant=40358515376202
PM me. Thanks
Just installed my Lanterns - couple tricky things during installation but easy to work around if you've installed a few mods. I have D+ skills (maybe C-) when it comes to working on my games, so if I can do it anyone can.
They look stunning! Wow! Great work, Davey

Great stuff, so glad you like them and thanks for the amazing feedback!
We'll be doing a small Lantern run during the first break in Area 51 production, so likely in a few weeks time. Thanks for patience!
i installed these 4 lanterns and i have the impression that there is no interactivity with the game.
they are ON when i turn on the pinball machine and go OFF when i turn off the game.
i did connect them according to the installation instructions. Is this normal? what is the purpose of the management board under the playfield?

Hey! The Lollypops board under the playfield is the one that manages all the LED patterns, runs the wifi configuration web server, and senses the switches/coils. In terms of interactivity, each lantern will turn green momentarily when its corresponding switch is hit - spinners for the lower lanterns, and the cutler arms for the top lanterns. Could you confirm that is happening?
Feel free to PM me directly for debugging.
Is there any way to have these lanterns sync with the original spotlights? The original spotlights turn off when the playfield goes dark, but with the lanterns they are always on since they've been completely isolated from the original spotlight harness.
Perhaps some kind of relay to detect when the original spotlights turn on/off, in which it will turn on/off the lanterns accordingly?

Hey! Yes, this should be possible, using a 5 position sensor daughterboard on the Lollypops and using the 5th position as a 'GI sensor' connected to one of the spotlight cables. Send me a PM and we can work it out.
I placed my order for these the last run, do you know when they ship? I’d also be interested in them syncing to my machine’s lights like the user above. Looking forward to them!
Thanks!

Oh, nice. I've also been thinking about this since installing these!

Hey - that build round has already shipped. Just checked the orders and looks like yours came in after we had finalised that run, so will get it sorted for you this week.
I received my Scooby Doo pinball last week and I didn't even have the chance to buy this mod… everything is closed before I even receive my pinball. Some countries are more advantaged than others. I am very disappointed…
I just put up a NIB set of these for sale if anyone is still looking!
Quoted from hawkeyexx:Anyone know if there will be another productionrun of these? stumblor
No plans to at the moment, just due to everything else taking precedence, but we do have enough parts here for another build, so you never know!
