Working on my em Bally Night Rider. Trying to pin down why the player unit step up coil is not working. Tracing back from the coil, I end up at an arrow with a J11 at the end of it. Is that a connector or what?

That's connecting to a other place on the schematic, somewhere too far away to cleanly seas a line to. If you look along the edges, there's letters and numbers, making a grid. The other end of that wire has a similar symbol located in grid cell J-11, and is also labeled 27-1
