I just fixed this issue on my machine. The vuk next to the crate would fire the ball up but it mostly didn't clear the hole. I had a spare bell armature I ordered for another machine for a lost part, which I found. the old one was musroomed. As soon as I installed the new one. The ball shoots out strongly every time. Part number A-17767. Good luck.
