Can someone that's had this game help with a few issues?

1. Wheel error on spider spinner: The spider doesn't turn during the game, but does at start-up. It also turns on the diagnostics. Where do i look to solve the error?

2. Spider hole VUK: The VUK won't kick up the ball to stay on the ramp, it always falls back down.

3. What is the best way to clean the boney beast bones?

Spider VUK shoots the ball up, it just won't stay on the ramp. Is there supposed to be a spring on the little flap over the hole? The switch in the hole starts the spin mode, but the spider doesn't actually turn.

I think 2 flaps are needed to provide proper tension to slow the ball down as it's coming up from the kicker. I only have one, and it is on a hinge. The other one is supposed to be riveted to the edge of the hole. So, maybe I need to get that Pinbits flap and gingerly drill some holes in the much-repaired ram, as in the photo.

Last time I did this the Whitewater whirlpool ramp drain had to be reshaped!
