Link didn't work, but I am guessing its the only one listed. Bay Area Amusements has one in stock for about the same cost, but no free shipping. So, the one ebay is cheaper. Never really seen them any cheaper then those prices.
The part code is PC-21379 at Bay Area Amusements. Super easy to replace. Take out the two screws that hold the crate down. Take the plastic crate off and there is the board. Unplug it and take out the two screws that hold the board down and switch it out.
If your board is working, but missing LED for the eyes sticking out of the crate, you can solder new ones in fairly easy if you have some soldering skills. The LED's are size T1 and cost about a dime a piece on the internet. If that's what's wrong, you can fix it for a couple of bucks. Its worth a try. If you can't fix it, you can get a new anyway.
