I've been looking for that shooter as well. They told me they stopped making them. Where is 2 bits?

#202 7 years ago

I have a Scared Stiff but not sure I want to be a "member".

#204 7 years ago

I will be picking mine up sometime this week I can't wait !!!!

#205 7 years ago

Pix when you get it, please....

#206 7 years ago

Since I make a full set of protectors and color sleeves for SS does that make me a supporting member? I have never owned the game though, Ted. No room left!

I'd say that's fair enough. Speaking of which, I bent my spider hole protector when doing some restore work on mine recently so, I may need to get another protector.

#208 7 years ago

I just wish it wasn't so hard to join. I'd love to get rid of the purple hand.

Hey Ted, is that one of those statues, that you paint yourself? If you did that, you have a good eye. Or did you recruit your wife for that one?

The game is it's own reward.

#216 7 years ago

I'll be posting my pics in the next few days.

Un-faded cabinet.

Hah!...No, it was painted by the owner of the company that makes them. Wise ass!

Did you have to re-touch the high wear spots before selling? :

Welcome to the club, and nice looking SS.

Why would you sell that? That's a fine looking topper for SS. I was looking for one like that for a while before I threw in the towel and loaded it up with some Halloween clearance skulls.

#220 7 years ago

I have a number of things I can use for a SS Topper...also a Laseriffic will be coming my way soon. It's good that it's going to a loving home ...

#221 7 years ago

Sorry- wrong thread! I thought this was the one for my Stiff Member.

#222 7 years ago

Sorry! Not you Limpy....

Well I knew Mrs B could handle it, so I figured I'd ask.

I agree. It's pretty sweet.

#224 7 years ago

Yeah, I just mentioned it in another thread and had a few people contact me about selling it. It sold fast! I only charged what I paid for it. I'll be going to the Chiller Convention in April and can ask about another. They're not cheap though. Unless you just want the kit. I think that was $125 or something....and you're right Honch, Harriet could have probably done it. BUT...she's doing so much Real Estate business, she has no time. And that's ok...she has to keep me living in the manner I'm acc...oh never mind....
When are you coming back for another visit?

I can believe it. She sounded busy when we were there in Oct.

Would love to come over again sometime,Ted. Especially if you have a Predator in house.

Good question. I know that if she comes, she says she isn't doing anymore Easy coast appearances as Elvira.

I have a couple of those statues that I've had professionally painted. I think the last one on Ebay went for $450+. It's actually a very rare statue.

#229 7 years ago

Hey Robert, were you ever able to find an extra spider pointer?

Thanks Robert...the guy who bought it will love to hear THAT!

Holy cow I had no idea, well she will be lounging in the VIP pinball area at identity tattoo keeping us ner do wells company while we spread our mental illness and campy jokes.

Thanks again Ted for the opportunity to have it, I have liked it since the first time you posted a picture of your ss.

#234 7 years ago

No problem. Send pix when you get it set up. It should go to the PO tomorrow.

#238 7 years ago

Looks great!

#239 7 years ago

Im thinking this is the thread to ask, where can I get some dancing boogie men?

#240 7 years ago

#241 7 years ago

At least, I hope you can still order from them. I'll be getting Stiff soon, and these are on my wishlist once it arrives.

Hey Scott C. I have spiders in the webs of the Apron on mine. My serial number indicates it was the 43rd made. It also has the early production playfield art differences.

#246 7 years ago

Thank you fellow Stiffmiesters I was able to order.
http://freeplayamusements.com/boogie.htm

That is the one feature that is a must on SS

#247 7 years ago

Yeah, I got the package of all the stuff from them!

Nice

Mine has the spiders and original glow in the dark bones, flippers, slings, etc but I think my artwork is normal, not sure.

#249 7 years ago

If you go on Robert Winters SS site, he's got a good write-up on early production playfield differences.

Check it out: http://www.robertwinter.com/pinball/ss/sample/sample.html
