Hi all,

Went to view a Scared Stiff today.....it had a hole in the Boney Ramp though in the location shown in the photo. So you could not shoot a shot completely round as the ball dropped out of the ramp at that location.

Is the part needed to replace it this one from Marco? Just the replacement metal flap?

I didn't purchase at the time as wasn't sure on what would be needed to fix.

Also - the DMD had a 'flickering' effect...is this normal for a SS?

Thanks in advance!

Thanks for all your input. It seems the other part I would need is a-21032 Trapdoor Assembly.....which from a quick Google search looks to be VERY difficult to find

Seems like I am being put off from making an offer on this machine at the moment...

I found this at Pinball Heaven - their repair kit contains two metal parts....have asked if this would be what I needed:-

I am in the UK - usually Scared Stiff sells upwards of £2500.00

At the moment the person is offering it me for £2000.00 but of course it has this issue, the dodgy DMD and it may well need a flipper rebuild on the right flipper as it sticks and is all out of alignment.

How is the underneath metal part held on though? And how does it allow the ball to shoot up from underneath and on to the ramp?
