I'm not a veteran of online sales, but this email really screams 'scam' to me. What do you guys think? Thanks for advice.

    First contact email:

    Hi seller,
i am interested in purchasing your item for sale i will want to know if it
    still available
for sale kindly get back to me thanks

Second email (after my initial "where are you" question):

Hi, Thanks for prompt response towards the sales. I live in Memphis,
Tennessee, however I will be paying by certified bank check, bank to bank
wire Transfer or bank draft whichever you prefer,Questions(1)May I know
how much is your final asking price??(,2) in what condition is the item ?(3)
how many previous Owner ?(4)how long have this item be with you ?
Payment will be mail to you when I receive your name and address and
phone number. You should get it under 3 working days, I will schedule UPS
or Schumacher Cargo Freight Shipping Company to handle the Pick-up.
Please let me know when you receive payment so that I can arrange for
the Freight Shipping Company to come for pick-up. I await to read from
you with your payment details such as your full name you want to be on
check and your mailing address and phone number.
    Thanks.

    Quoted from CaptainNeo:

really? ...........really? And here I sit wondering how these scammers actually get anyone. The big tip off was the first email. When anyone calls whatever your selling, "your item" ...it's a scam.....every time.

Yeah that was my initial thought as well (also the cashiers check and bank transfer). I just wanted to get a second opinion.

    Quoted from teekee:

... and his name is Mr Samuel

Wait.. I didn't include that part in my initial quote - Maybe YOU are Mr. Samuel!
