I don't think I like the cartoony black cracks, so I'll likely dial that down, but this was my first test paint of the headstone portion in polished marble (likely one last design revision of the stone itself after this [letters moved down a hair and slightly enlarged, dates added, cross enhanced, fitment adjustments, etc.]).

That does not mean I think it is ok to take people’s money and not send what was paid for regardless of price. I do sympathize with his situation and wish him the best getting back in his feet, but a spread sheet with money received and products shipped should be a priority. Then immediately refund his customers. There is no excuse for taking money and not making good on the product.

Products should have shipped and customers have every right to get pissed after multiple check in emails, no responses or lies that items shipped.. and on going like that for months and months. There’s very very few excuses for that and when Brock has chimed in it’s always been an excuse and rarely any changes.

I waited last year for about six months for a shooter. Many many emails, and every time it was “oh, that’s going out this weekend” or “just shipped”. Nope.

I paid for some arcade boards once. It was someone who was around for years and I had bought from before. After almost 3 months of no communication I started a charge back. The widow contacted the customer database the day after explaining that her husband died and she wanted to fill her husbands orders. I stopped the charge back thing immediately. I offered for her to just send the blank boards and parts, which she did. The moral of the story is everyone has issues. Sometimes we need to have a heart and patience. Sometimes we need to run a bad apple out of town. I don’t know the opp but you decide which side you’re on.
