    Hello,

    i have a rocky and bullwinkle for sale on cragslist ny area.
    some guy text me and offered full price and claimed he was going to wire me money and have someone pick it up.

    no deal is that good.

    was a 216 number.

    That is a typical scam and has been around for a while. I like getting their hopes up.

    Wow they don't even remove the parenthesis which in their copy reads "Do you carry (insert product you are trying to scam with) in stock and ready to go?"

    Looks ok but I don't know anyone that talks like that. Give it a shot and see where it leads. But keep us informed!

    Hate to say this, but anyone who uses the word "kindly" in an email the way they used it is most likely from India.

    Keep responding and wasting their time.

    The more time they have invested in you the less time they have to scam others.
