Pretty cool
Actually the potential uses are very interesting. This allows someone to play real pinball from anywhere using video, audio, and button inputs controlled by a computer depending on who's turn it is. This would be great for online casual tournaments (I say casual because let's be honest, PAPA would despise this). The only problem would be latency; you would probably have to have a response rate within 10ms before the lag starts affecting your gameplay. But it has potential. Perhaps just on a local area network in a large office building or something where players could compete from the comfort of their own desks.
