They were designed NOS - don't know if why and if they were very rare or also distributed with each game (I think the last as they were in the past not super super hard to find). MrPinball Australia had around 2007 new tokens made - a full set of international tokens could be bought (20 x 15 pieces), or a set of antiqued tokens (6 different * 15 pieces) + 1 prototype token.
Only they made an error with this antiqued rerun ! The original antiqued prototype by WMS was of the getaway truck where you can see the truck in 3D. The rerun of 2007 had the other truck token antiqued (armored truck - truck seen from the side).
So now there exist 7 types of antique token..
