So I'm playing Safecracker and I beat the board game and get into the vault. Now I get one of my favorite moments in all of pinball where the animated hand on the DMD presents you with a token that rolls down the playfield glass toward the lockdown bar. Fantastic.
Now comes the unexpected. The machine makes a big deal of things, and lets me know that I'm now in Token Multiball. As I'm playing the mode, not only am I trying to keep all the balls in play, but tokens keep rolling down the playfield glass and bouncing off the lockdown bar and onto the floor. I can't grab them because then I'd have to let go of the flipper button. Total chaos. When it was all said and done, I was picking up 4 tokens off the floor. How did operators keep the tokens stocked in the machines on location? Safecracker is such a great game.
