Quoted from Pinstein:Oh I see, so he's clinically unruly?
As a parent I'm responsible for my kid, the parent should have taken the kid outside.
If they can't control them to some degree in public, they should not be there.
Full stop.

Quoted from pinsanity:What people are increasingly growing tired of is the creeping normality of victim/entitlement mentality that is becoming all too pervasive in our society.
Its rampant.
Work related: We have a compromised resident who is in the hospital now because her family member LIED TO THE SCREENER and is COVID POSITIVE.
They were ENTITLED TO BE THERE was the excuse given. Well now your mother might die because of your stupidity. You endangered everyone compromised in the wing your mother came in contact with before she was symptomatic.
Entitled. I loath that word and the people who use it as a shield or hammer to justify shitty behavior.
Quoted from PinMonk:So this means we have broadcast-quality video of the incident available for release once it is resolved?
oh you don't know how this works.
1) Parent makes ridiculous claim and commits to course of action.
2) Tape rolls in court and they are sunk because what they are stating and what actually happened don't match.
Quoted from chad:This whole thing reminds me of the driving accident scams. A driver pick another a car and is the actual instigater themselves.
Exactly what I was referring to above.
Buddy of mine is a locksmith and someone made noises about suing him for rear ending his wife.
He turned over the footage of the incident to his insurance company which included the 'gent on the phone trying to extort money from him due to his wife's "injuries" all captured in glorious 1080p by the dash cams.
Mind you the call to extort happened inside a half hour of my friend leaving the scene on the way to the dealership for an estimate.
All threats of lawsuit vanished instantly.
