Not that I know of. You may have a broke flipper bat. The bat has a shaft pressed into it that is held tight by the flipper pawl below the playfield. With the game powered off, here's what you need to do:
1. Open coin door and remove the lockdown bar
2. Remove the playfield glass and raise the playfield up on the support rails
3. Move the flipper with one hand while watching under the playfield to see if the bat is broken (Bat moves, shaft doesn't) or if the pawl is loose. If the pawl is loose tighten it with a small wrench or socket. If the bat is broken, order a new one. I believe PPS carries them.
