Being fairly new to PM collecting, curious if there are any EM collectors / owners in the Sacramento area. Would like to find local owners to see each others games in person, trade repair tips, help, etc. So if you are local to Sac, let me know.

Looks like about 50 active pinsiders in your area
if you expand out to Davis/Woodland/Folsom/ElkGrove and Roseville

Sacramento has a great scene including a league (powertothepinball.com). I don't know of any large em collections though. Izzy used to have a bunch. Hopefully he'll weigh in.

Todd still has a stockpile of EMs.

Thanks for the notes, I am aware of a pretty active SS community, just hadn't seen many EM collectors / players from the area. Will track down the league and see if there are any EM'ers there. Thanks.

Welcome,

Mike, one of the CCPL East league hosts has at least 3. Great place to meet other players. When I first started at league I only had EM's and wanted to learn the other games and this is a great way to do that, plus I've made a lot of friends.
I had 14 at one time (not that long ago) before I downsized. Now I have only two. Interflip Dragon and GTB Eye Of the Tiger.

You might have missed the Pacific Pinball Expo or PPE in Alameda last month. Over 300 EM's. This May Pin A Go Go or PAGG has about 30 EM's and over 200 SS/DMD games.

Feel free to contact me if you want to talk or get together to play.

I also take in EM repair jobs if I have the room.

Izzy, thanks for note. Was at pin a go go last May, but couldn't make PPE in Alameda this year. Hoping to get to PAGG again this year. Went to CCPL web this afternoon and may try to make a a January tournament. Have 6 machines, 5 EM's and 1 1993 SS. Glad to know you work on EM's think, I may need help with the Spot Bowler, and Liberty Bell.

I was not there at PAGG in 2016, but they usually have at least 50 EMs.
Especially if Larry Z brings his woodrails and wedgeheads.
Along with project pins at the PAGG's slowly evolving pin swapmeet.

Hawk, thanks, have been to Coin-Op, but disappointed no EM's at the time I was there, although get that they are going for a younger demographic. Have met Joe once or twice through Justin Kelly who got me in to this hobby. But will keep Crown info as I am right next to Carmichael. If you are down to Sac and want to see my humble collection, feel free to call or send a note. PM me for contact info if you want.

Justin Kelly? You must be smoking pinball crack!
Just kidding. I'm all by myself drinking Racer 5. Susi gets up for work at 3 in the morning.

Izzy is the man when it comes to EMs!

Brian is right when he says we have a bit of a stash. However, none of them are set up. Just waiting for the day when we might have to sell everything else...

Looks like you know some good people. If you have the room, we have the pins....

We are Carmichael friendly.....
