Have a switch stack that I am unable to get the 1/4" nut off the bolt. The heads will not keep the screwdriver in the slot - holds a little but as force increases the metal starts to fail. I have used socket, closed wrench, needle nose vice grips, and a Pb Blaster compress.

Thinking time to get a Dremel or a new blade for the hack saw? Any other smarter easier suggestions for a cheap-ass pinhead?
