I haven't gotten ANY support on the couple of very minor issues we've had with ACNC and almost no support for the multitude of serious issues on RnM ???
You should head over to the RnM owner's thread and post your issues. I am sure we can help you out and if not, can at least get some attention to whatever problems you have. Spooky CS has been great for me. Are you calling them or just emailing?
