They could have at least used Geddy's famous Richenbacker 4001 bass in the artwork some where.

Quoted from DRDAVE:I'm a bit behind on the latest pinball title abbreviations. What is a CCrLE ?
Cactus Canyon remake, LE
Quoted from Gryszzz:Still jammin A Passage to Bangkok, she probably is tired of it
Back in my apartment living days....I'd crank the stereo to 2112....followed by Edgar Winters Frankenstein, just to p!ss off the neighbors...
I'm hoping you land a Rush LE Gryszzz
Then, maybe I can invite myself over to play a few games.....LOL
Here's to wishing you luck neighbor....
Having seen Rush in concert 17 times, (dating back to '75), I'd love to pick up an LE some time down the road.
Quoted from Blakester:Need a pair of good headphones for my RUSH to keep the peace with wifey. Any recommendations?
Awesome headphones....

I'm thinking about putting a down payment on a Premium today.
If anyone wants to sell their spot for the LE, I'd be interested.
Quoted from Seamlesswall:I wish Neils voice was in there. Let me guess...legal, contractual issues. Obviously pulled from the thousands of interviews he did...
That would be cool
Quoted from Gryszzz:LOVE the live concert footage! Almost as if the band had some input lol
I love the vintage footage....the way I remember Rush back in the 70's
Quoted from Rarehero:It will ship with scoop protectors. Confirmed!
That's awesome to hear...hope Cliffy makes them
What I think would be cool...
At the beginning of the wizard mode, have the call out:
"attention, all planets of the solar federation..." (in it's entirety)
Quoted from TinyBlackDog:Godzilla got a ton of orders after the stream. Zeppelin had a lot of cancellations. Both according to a large distributor I know.
I predict lots of people are calling/texting/emailing their distributors right now to “get on a list”…
I got in earlier today w/ cointaker
Quoted from kool1:I have a shaker motor and bass box ready to go here
Can't wait.
What shaker motor should I order for my premium?
Quoted from tdiddy:RUSH flasher cap covers inspired from Neil Peart's steampunk drums.....these will be sold in sets of 2 or 4 or 6? Looks like 6 caps possibly
[quoted image]
Count me in for 4
Quoted from Gryszzz:Can honestly say that even 30 years ago, the Trees became my favorite and it's never left it's #1 spot.
I'm still a BIG fan of their 1st album.....
In the mood has always been one of my favorites.
Quoted from Gryszzz:Happy for ya DP dudes. What a great freakin machine. Have yet to play a premium, but do have a pro locally. My favorite location game.
Who has the Pro here in Indy?
Quoted from Gryszzz:Lol. I'm from the Westside, but I live in Bloomington now.
Will never claim anything but Indy.
The Cade has one.
Doesn't Tsppers have one though? Gotta be one in Indy somewhere. I don't get up there much.
I don't see it listed on their website.
Quoted from Gryszzz:Not to derail any further, apologies. Just come down to B town and we'll have some beers and play DP all night buddy!
Hell, this "old fart" is in bed every night at 10:00......LOL
Quoted from mbwalker:But how in the heck did you end up with the recordings!?
The tapes came with the 1st 10 inch reel to reel deck I bought back in '90.
Someone had traded the deck in towards a stereo at an Ovation Super-Center. I went to Ovations to buy some speaker stands that day. The store personnel was just getting ready to take the tape deck out of the box to re-sell as I walked in. I told them "leave it in the box...I'll take it".
I don't know how the previous owner obtained the tapes.
Quoted from Vespula:Wow the story gets better and better.
So what about the sound quality? Obviously you put these on and listen to them, right? Is there anything unique about them? Have you recorded your own cassette tape from these masters? Compared them to the released cassette? Is the master of final version of all the tracks merged or can you isolate tracks with this? I don't know much about master reels or this type of equipment, what it does specifically...just basically a audio mix that cassettes , vinyl, CD, could be made from? I suppose could be many of these masters around for different purposes or/and this may just be one version of a master and not the final? Still amazing. I'll send you a tdk if you'll make me a copy. You could probably pay for a rush pin with all the people on here that would want a copy.
The story has a twist....
These master tapes are recorded 2 channel, 2 track. All of my tape decks are 2 channel, 4 track. Until recently, I had never heard them. I had a 4 track professional recording made from those tapes so I could hear them on my equipment. My recording sounds awesome!!!
Other than that, I know nothing else about the tapes. From what I know, these were the master tapes that the studio used to mass produce cassette tapes.
Quoted from Wmsfan-GAP:There’s a lot of live music collectors that have large collections of reel to reel masters. Back in the 60-70s it wasn’t that uncommon for someone to bring a portable reel to reel player and tape live shows. Of course the quality tended to be not so great as the mic quality was mediocre. The emulsion on reels do break down due to ago and storage conditions. For a proper transfer, often times the reels are ‘baked’ to help solidify the emulsio. The playback machine also needs to have the azimuth adjusted for proper alignment. The results however, on a properly done transfer can be quite stellar. Congratulations to the owner of these reels. Sounds like they had the transfer done properly.
The only times tapes need to be "baked" is if they are back-coated. Ampex/Quantegy 406/407 tapes for example. Those tape suffer from SSS (sticky shred syndrome). Baking the tape will temporarily fix that issue. These tapes don't have back-coating.
Quoted from Gryszzz:Was just wondering this myself.
Cliffy bout to be swamped.
I'm already on the wait list
Quoted from Gryszzz:I remember sitting next to my radio for the Top 9 at 9, fingers ready to hit record on that cassette. Man I loved early Madonna ha
I remember, as a teen, waiting up late to listen to the Dr. Demento radio show. I'd have my portable radio on the table, and my cassette recorder sitting in front of of it recording the show.
A year ago, someone on ebay had four auctions going. Each auction was for 5 seven inch reel to reel tapes, (all new Maxell tapes that had only been recorded on once, all in mint condition). All of these tapes were the Dr. Demento show, recorded in 1978.
I bought all 20 tapes.....Brough back a bunch of memories.
DSC_4811 (resized).JPGQuoted from Gryszzz:Wow, just WOW. AGAIN.
We need to get together soon bub. I'm dying to hear the reel to reel.
Which one?....I have 8
Quoted from Gryszzz:Not ashamed to admit I've always liked her. Her music still holds up, always will.
I can't say anything....
I like the Carpenters.....

It's odd seeing the production schedule. I put in an early order on a premium. My distributor told me to expect delivery some time in the 3rd qtr this year.
Quoted from Gryszzz:Still got this today so Ice Cube told me it was a good day[quoted image]
Looks like yo're to you're playing catch up.....
I've been jammin' tp Rush since '74.....
Quoted from CrashJT:My Premium ordered 12/30/21 and scheduled for an April build will be delivered to my house tomorrow (3/9/22). They are CLEARLY ahead of schedule on Rush (sorry other buyers). So I think they finished 1000 LEs and decided premiums would be next as they have the same playfield. But I also wouldn't doubt the $$ factor. It makes sense or keep the line going without having to swap out jigs and tooling to just make one thing to you're caught up, then retool and start the next.
Last I heard, my premium should be ready 3rd qtr...hopefully, that has changed.
