Quoted from guitarded:Love Rush and all...but give me a GWAR Pin.
GWAR will be in the Beavis and Butthead pin in late 2022 or early 2023.

I actually think that a Beavis and Butthead pin would be amazing!!!
Quoted from PinBalt:I actually think that a Beavis and Butthead pin would be amazing!!!
Yep. Get band assets like 12 songs and it would rock.
Quoted from acedanger:Ummm ya I can't wait
Just for the uninitiated, this is not a real performance
EDIT: I see this was pointed out 10 times already LOL
Quoted from Hazoff:If they do a concert vibe I'm out. Can't stand the GnR style. I don't want to see any concert footage at all. Keep it old school. Plenty of great Rush songs that have themes that would work with pinball. I know they are gonna use the popular favorites and thats a shame, the best rush for pinball often gets overlooked.
Agreed. I think what makes IMDN such a good table is that it's not about the band at all. You don't see a single old guy's face, a guitar, a microphone or anything lame like that. It's a story built around the themes on the albums.
Metallica does it 90% the same and both are considered two of the top tier music tables.
Quoted from insight75:Easy there.... Primus is considered progressive and may have the best bass player that ever lived....and already have a pinball machine!
he ain't a hair on geddy's ass
Quoted from PinBalt:I actually think that a Beavis and Butthead pin would be amazing!!!
Yeah BnB would be a great theme. It would be as close to an automatic buy as I can get in these days of escalating prices. Would be a perfect theme to mix hard rock songs from a lot of bands with some super funny call-outs and video.
Right now I am on the fence on Rush and really excited to see what it looks and plays like before committing. They are definitely one of my favorite bands though. I've seen Rush live at least three times; maybe four? Hard to remember! The only other bands I have seen that many times are Pink Floyd, Buddy Guy and Tom Petty.
So do most of ya think there will be no tracks off Rush?
Even though it's sans Neil, it will always be one of favorite Rush albums. So raw.
Quoted from Gryszzz:I mean, Working Man HAS to be on there.
My opinion is it’s the first song when you plunge on ball one (assuming no choice)
Loved early rush - but also loved led zep and look at the game we got on that one...
especially on the heels of Godzilla

Yeah it rocks! For me Zilla is the shiny turd.
Quoted from PinBalt:I actually think that a Beavis and Butthead pin would be amazing!!!
Same. Callouts would be hilarious.
Quoted from acedanger:Painful people were eating this shit up though... how does this ever happen WTF they're supposed to be pro's I've heard better karaoke performances Neil was the only one that was keeping it together. Utterly embarrassing lmfao!!
Haha, it's fake. As soon as I heard about 10 seconds of it I knew. There's no way they ever sounded that bad. It's actually very funny!
Quoted from Gryszzz:Buddy Guy was THE ultimate performer!
Buddy Guys Legends in Chicago is a must visit when here .You never know who’s going to show up .
Quoted from Gryszzz:I mean, Working Man HAS to be on there.
They played Working Man when Borg hit the stage with a nice bottle of tequila at Expo .Drinks with Jack gotta love it
The start of Tom Sawyer needs to be the plunge ,only the beginning then you need to earn the whole song to be played .
This maybe the first STERN LE that does not sell out, this is the first time I have heard of RUSH, speaking from an Australian
Quoted from DKong:This maybe the first STERN LE that does not sell out, this is the first time I have heard of RUSH, speaking from an Australian
If you folks from down under don't want your allotment, just send your spares back. You can't even find one here and the damn thing hasn't been announced yet.

Worse - I live in Toronto, home of Rush.
I didn't hear a peep back from my LE request 2-3 months ago. LOL.
Australia>> send us your Rush LEs!
Since we're talking influences....the Ox was a great influence on Geddy Lee. That's actually one of the reasons I have respect for Rush.

pasted_image (resized).pngVery interesting.
Leads me to believe this pin is going to be more like Led Zeppelin and less like Aerosmith.

Maybe he’s talking about art style?
Quoted from cooked71:Maybe he’s talking about art style?
True. I think based on the proto cabinet that they are not just going to just “Zeppelin” it. Yeh it was the RUSH logo but you could see stars and planets in the side art showing it was outer space ….which is not any current album art
Quoted from cooked71:Maybe he’s talking about art style?
Ah! Fair enough. I was thinking more of the gameplay etc. Thanks!
Borg gets overshadowed by the Elwin and Eddy hype.
He makes my some of my favorite players with those mean, nasty, outlane drains.
Bring it on!!
Quoted from DKong:This maybe the first STERN LE that does not sell out, this is the first time I have heard of RUSH, speaking from an Australian
Call a distributor and try to get one. Good Luck!
Quoted from cooked71:Maybe he’s talking about art style?
Ya.. Hugh Syme is not a cartoon artist.
Wish it was Foo Fighters and a cover of Tom Sawyer by them
I wouldn’t discount Borgs ability to shock people here with an awesome layout that rivals Elwin games. Stern is on a BIG roll right now.
This game is flying a little bit under the radar because it’s Rush and not Elwin
My how things have changed and evolved at Stern. No more iconic Ritchie and Lyman games anymore. Hard to replace those guys, especially Lyman, but Stern hasn’t missed a beat yet thanks to the new blood and some of the old guard.
I’ve been waiting for a RUSH themed pinball for years!
It’s a long shot, but I’d love it if they used the Rock n Roll acceptance speech for the end of game match sequence.
That would be hilarious!

Oh no, what r u listening 2 down there? I get not liking Rush but to not have ever heard of them most likely means ur into really shitty music.
Quoted from Kkoss24:The start of Tom Sawyer needs to be the plunge ,only the beginning then you need to earn the whole song to be played .
This is going to be how the teaser before the reveal starts I bet.
Please do not take offense if I mentioned you by name. Just having a little fun with some Rush lyrics and Pinsider handles. Enjoy!
kaneda - Even now the intensity of his dread power can be felt,
weakening the body and saddening the heart
CrazyLevi - I've lost a few more hairs
I think I'm going bald
kidchrisso - Our first stop is in Bogota
To check Colombian fields
The natives smile and pass along
A sample of their yield
Sweet Jamaican pipe dreams
Golden Acapulco nights
delt31 - Truth is false and logic lost
Now the fourth dimension is crossed...
robin - And the men who hold high places
Must be the ones who start
To mold a new reality
Closer to the heart
jeffparsons - Begin the day with a friendly voice
A companion unobtrusive
Plays that song that's so elusive
And the magic music makes your morning mood
sunnRAT - What can this strange device be?
When I touch it, it gives forth a sound
It's got wires that vibrate and give music
What can this thing be that I found?
Hayfarmer - My uncle has a country place
That no one knows about
He says it used to be a farm
Before the Motor Law
PinMonk - We are the Priests of the Temples of Syrinx
Our great computers fill the hallowed halls
We are the Priests, of the Temples of Syrinx
All the gifts of life are held within our walls
pinstadium - And echoes with the sound of salesmen...of salesmen...of salesmen.
A couple more...
rocketman - Scorching blast of golden fire
As it slowly leaves the ground
Tears away with a mighty force
The air is shattered by the awesome sound
Multiballmaniac1 - A brilliant red Barchetta
From a better vanished time
I fire up the willing engine
Responding with a roar
Tires spitting gravel
I commit my weekly crime

Haha! I was prepared to be roasted after that intro. Not bad at all.
I wish focus and enlightenment for all your games in the new year of pinball ahead.

How about after a double danger "Handle with Kid Gloves....."
What about a hurry up or counter that can be paused like GOT or BM66........
(Time stand still)
I'm not looking back
But I want to look around me now
(Time stand still)
See more of the people and the places that surround me now
Time stand still
Freeze this moment a little bit longer
Make each sensation a little bit stronger
Experience slips away
Experience slips away
Time stand still
