Odds are for this situation, unless you can show your game is flawed, they aren't going to send you a kit. To recap my situation.
Rush LE purchased new but it was a floor model with about 800 plays.
I added about another 300 plays when the original node board failed.
Replaced Node 10 and the ramp motor as instructed by Stern.
Played about 150 games and added Expression Lighting, which is a Stern add on and the lighted Hemispheres shooter Rod…also a Stern made add on. After about another 150 games Node 10 failed again.
Replaced Node 10, ramp motor and clock motor. Node 10 failed on the first play. Pictures were sent to Stern prior to powering the game and they approved it.
I recall the third board failing while in La Villa mode and no draw from the pop bumpers, VUK or clock motor. I hit a rollover shot and heard the call out for the Time Machine and the ramp never went back up.

James Bond 60th has a similar board but to manage 4 steppers instead of just 2. IIRC mbwalker's take on that board is it looks like it may be better designed and more in line with the recommendation of the chip manufacturer.
