Quoted from pinballjah:

Can’t believe Rush had fans in Alabama back in 1979

I bought the first Rush album from a record store in Huntsville AL the first week it came out in 1974. All my friends were also Rush fans

Quoted from pinballjah:

But the real true test, do you still have that album from 1974

Yes I do. I kept a couple hundred of my best albums. I have all the Rush albums in either vinyl or CDs.

Quoted from Schwaggs:

Clear protectors available here. Pictures of them installed in the listing!

Are those additional protectors really needed there or are they more of an aesthetic?

Quoted from Schwaggs:

They or PETG washers are mandatory if you want to remove the stock metal washers to clean up the look of the sling plastics. So technically yes, they just improve the aesthetics of the game.
One could argue they more thoroughly protect the plastic since they protect the entire perimeter of the stock plastic but I don’t think it is common to break a sling plastic in the middle. They typically break on the corners where the metal washers are installed.

That is what I suspected. But I wanted to weigh in with you more experience guys since I am a first time owner. I’ve really learned a lot from this forum appreciate all the help. Thanks

Quoted from SkyKing2301:

I make them, in fact colored posts is what started this whole Rocket City Pinball 3D printing thing for me. Plain clear or white posts are boring -- I believe they should complement the art package like they used to back in the 60s.
While there are several manufacturers that offer translucent colors, which are nicer than plain, I have a wider range of colors available for customization of your games, plus I make specialized metallic and multicolor ones too, like "Beskar"/ Steel ones for Mandalorian or Terminator, the antique brass ones for Rush, Caution stripe ones for Jurassic Park or Road Show, bowling pin ones, black ones for card themes, etc.

Once I get a chance to put the antique brass ones in my game (next week hopefully) and confirm how they look, I'll make them available in my shop.

Quoted from Lateralus:

That's great, man. You do you. 26 times is freggin RAD. That's about how many times I've seen Tool, and if this was a Tool pin, I'd be doing all kinds of shit too most likely. Wasn't trying to bring you down, just stating my opinion on the price regardless of the situation. Seems like you're selling them, so that's bad ass for you and I sincerely wish you the best.

A Tool pin could be amazing.
