I took extensive pictures, but managed to not be extensive enough as I missed the top of the cab where the backbox sits.

Pictured you can see 2 straps running up, and in another picture two are clearly run up through the opening but they are not attached under the grounding nut in the BB.

I want to say I remember them being stapled down to the top of the cab to make contact with the 2 straps that run under the backbox?

Any help would be greatly appreciated; I have a folder full of pics but no answers.
