    Just received one of these kits from JM yesterday. Super fast shipping. I went as slow as I could putting it together & it still only took ~15 minutes. Everything you need is in the kit other than the DMD. Got my tools out....nope, don't need those, comes with the correct allen key. Everything fits perfectly. Coolest clock ever! If you have an extra DMD; you have to get one of these! I'm not getting anything done today staring at this clock.... Naturally, once you have one, you start thinking about replacing ALL of your clocks.
