RS Dozer problem!!

Dozer works fine in test but does not go up to lock the third ball. Anybody got any ideas as to what might be wrong?

Know 3 people including myself who had this problem. A new blade interrupter opto board fixed it. Great Lakes Modular makes them. $35 I think.
