There is a rollover switch in the ball trough that can be accessed by lifting the playfield up. It is NOT the one in the outhole, but rather to the right a little bit. Make sure it is adjusted correctly and clean. It's one of the easier switches to come out of alignment. You need to not only make sure it activates by hand but rather by the ball's sole weight because that does not push down quite as far.
