    Quoted from sulli10:

... Pirates versus LOTR is a battle of two immersion/quest games. Pirates scarcity has got to hurt it here.

Yep - if you haven't had the opportunity to really experience all that Pirates has to offer in a home environment, you're not likely to value it as much as it deserves.

    Quoted from MrBubbles:

I couldn't imagine trying to keep Pirates working on route. ... feels like you would be racing a Lamborghini on a dirt track too... too nice and too rare of a game to beat up like that.

    Well put - totally agree!

Way too broad in gameplay options and strategies for the average Joe or Jane to walk up to and come close to appreciating within a few games too.

    Quoted from chuckwurt:

... To play a crank it up mode you need to hit 10 or so, crosses, snakes, sparky and coffin. ... The qualification of future crank it ups is the exact same process except more shots to each.
    That’s extremely wood choppy. ...

Another benefit to only being a mediocre pinball player - I rarely make it to my 2nd Crank It Up mode. Thus MET never gets too wood choppy for me and consequently, I still LOVE it!
