Ok, I ordered a RD SDB004 for my South Park from the Arcade Shop, it came with 13N10L MOSFETs installed, and a flipper FET, Q16 has already shorted, I went to replace it, and found the schematic calls out 20N10L parts, but all of mine are 13 amp FETs. Whats the deal? Should they have been 20 amp parts?!? I would not expect a 13 amp fet to last long in a flipper circuit, any takers? LTG ?

    Quoted from barakandl:

I'd agree with that considering that even the original 20N10L
transistors are known to possibly go short if someone holds the
flipper up for a couple minutes.
A 20N10L for a flipper had gone short at least twice in a
heavily routed TSPP i have. One shorted right after I got it and
there was evidence someone replaced it in the past. I used an even
beefier IRL540N and its been okay since.

Thanks for the reply, I ordered the IRL540’s to replace the flipper fets... going to check my flipper diodes to be safe in case that contributed to the early death.
