I have an MPU327 rev 2 that is not booting. I have had several emails with Jim at RD but I understand he is busy and this is an old board that is way out of warranty.

The board displays 2 lit LEDs on startup in Leon Test. I have verified continuity across the dip switches.

The board gets 5VDC on all test points except blanking

Here's what I have done:
Tested all the PIAs and 6264 Ram in a neoloch tester
Tested the 6802 in a tester
Read the EPROM. I don't have an image to compare it to. I can see the leon info at the end of the buffer. It is rev MPU327-BC

Anyone know if there is a way to goose the reset like on old bally boards?

Any other ideas before I send it in for service?

Jim asked me to send it in so I'll be doing that.
