Question, for the LM323K regulators are you replacing those with switching variants such as the popular PSU5 from Ezsbc? I see your WPC driver boards are using heatsinks for the 5v regulators. This could improve reliability for WPC logic power in the long term.

    Quoted from Whysnow:

Buyer beware. This is lordloss now with a dup account.
Research whom you support in buying boards.
    Their are better alternatives.

Not sure if serious. He already announced he is lordloss. I've done business with him before and had a good experience. Not sure how producing original Williams PCB drawings with upgraded components and Rick's blessing is a negative thing.

You are correct, a modern Ezsbc is replacing the lm 323. I am working with that company on a lm317 replacement as well

I thought for a second it would be used in a cool custom test rig! Still glad it went to a good home.

    Quoted from Pinball_Basement:

I might be able to send you a board to test out, if it doesn't work just pay return shipping. I will look into the white water issue first and see if that game had a different board revision or not.

I believe from what I've read the chaser lights for the topper are also problematic/don't work.

I'm certain that would cause issues. I've seen lower value capacitors used in some aftermarket power supplies that causes the 12v supply to dip. I confirmed this by swapping the capacitor with one of the correct value. I'd say if you have a White Water, replace those caps before installing the Rottendog driver board.

Dumbass is considering a Data East MPU board.
