I've tried to contact Jerod at Rottendog numerous times and have been unsuccessful getting a response. Has anyone had similar experiences? Is there anything going on?

So I am the only one that receives ZERO customer service?........good to know

That would be the same I received when asking for assistance on a new purchase that didn't work. Good luck.

The couple times I've had an issue with Rottendog stuff I've gotten very good support very quickly.

have you tried calling or just emailing? Calling is 100% a better option to get a hold of pretty much any business.

I've sent a couple boards in for repair over the years [retailer] and always had prompt service and good repairs.
    Agree with trying to call.

I have Called and emailed numerous times. I have a decent size collection plus I fix some up and flip. I have spent a lot of money on rottendog products. I've been lucky that I have had may problems but now that I have, I look for alternative products.

One of my emails: sent in May

    Subject: Power Board Issue

    To whom this may concern,

I buy and use a lot of your products and have never had a problem (very happy with all your products). I had an interesting issue with a power board. I can not remember which distributor I ordered this one from but when I plugged it into a Flash I burnt a trace. There was no power issue with the game. The buyer wanted brand a brand new board, not a rebuilt original. Both the original and another rottendog board work without an issue. This board was brand new. I always keep a few brand new on hand. I am McPin54 on pinside with 35 games give or take 5 at any time. Love your products and appreciate what you do for the hobby. I have attached pictures of burnt trace. Never seen this before. Is there anything you can do to help me out?

    Thank you,
    Scott
