Very nice!
So - to catch up the thread. I think I'm just about done. In fact, I would be done if that flipper mis-wiring from earlier hadn't blown the diodes on my new flipper coil I had just installed. There wasn't a noticeable problem from the blown diodes- until I smelled burning. By that time it was too late and the coil, while showing good resistance, was warped enough to freeze the sleeve and cause flipper hang ups. So I have another on the way.
Let this be a lesson - again - don't just copy what is there if you see any problem. In my case someone had wired the flipper wrong and the diode exploded - they didn't notice (or care?) probably because the game played fine. I should have noted the blown diode then tried to figure out WHY- before just replacing.
So here are the "final" pics. I'm happy with it, although sometimes I wish I would have tried removing the mylar. next time... One sorta bad thing you can notice is on the picture of the ramp - if you remember my repair on page 1, I used epoxy to hold it all together. I was sloppy and let some get between the steel flap and the plastic, so I had to put a washer on my flap screw to hold it down. It doesn't affect gameplay, but the to the trained eye it looks bad.
Thanks for watching, hope the thread helped someone out besides me. If anyone had a picture need from the teardown, feel free to ask.

Thanks to BadBrad97 for a repro plastic over the 3 drop targets!
Thanks to BryanKelly for a set or legs he had cleaned up - the good man really set me up with new bolts & leg levelers too.
These guys paid it forward on this one and I appreciate it.
Removing mylar on a non DP sys 11 is a death wish IMO.
Backwards wired coils lol.....I totally killed my Pinbot flippers when we wired one backwards...think that was my second flipper rebuild ever. Fuse ate the charge, so the transistor didn't blow thankfully, but man I had no idea what had happened and was pissed off for a while until we figured out why the fuses kept blowing.
Quoted from Jared:You fixed the apron graphics!! Awesome.
I wish!
I cheated and bought one from the guy in Alabama who parts out games on ebay - it is nice though, now I just need print some cards for it.
Thanks

Just happy to help out. Really.
Have you seen the cards with the girls? I took the girls off one of mine so I only had girls on one side.

Oh, where do you get that card?
Just picked up Rollergames and I'm in love with this game. Loads of fun.
I found the cards on here someplace, (can't find now) but if you send me a pm with your email address, I will email you the PDFs.
