I could not find a version that I liked so I built these from photographs of my machine and some intense PhotoShop sessions.

Created a white, gray and black background version

Anyone know where to "host" these so others can get them if them wish?

Here's a pic with the white ones installed in my game. Close call between choosing black or white background - went with white in the end probably only because almost all of these machines have had white cards in them for so long it just looks "right".
