So here is the setup
I have 2 lanes of roll-over light up targets
when you rollover the 1st lit up target in either lane you score a few points and now target #2 in each lane light up
when 2nd target is hit #3 should light up in each lane but doesn't.....# 4 target works when 3rd is hit but much fainter light ... almost can not tell if the light is on
both bulbs seem to be okay on # 3
