Get blue in case you ever want to unscrew it.
LTG : )
So the locktite worked at first, but last night the screw and washer vanished. Now the gate is loose....again. Does anyone know the correct size for that screw? Is it a specialty machine screw I can find on Marco or Lowe's?

The common sizes are going to be 6-32 8-32 or 10-32 for pinball machines. If it keeps getting loose is there something missing from that post? Like a rubber? You shouldn't be loosing this many screws. Might be time to replace the post it's on with something else, or add something in front of it to prevent direct whacking of the post (which I'd assume is causing it to loosen up).

Well here is the weird part: this screw doesn't have a post. It goes straight into the plastic since it holds up that bar gate. Do I need a lock washer as well for this plastic?
It's just plastic it's going into it should have a locknut on the back or it shouldn't be a machine screw. Plastic won't hold threads.
10 4. So an 8 32 should have and 8 32 locknut, correct? I'm just asking since I have tried matching washeres (such as Pan Phillips #8 with #8 washer, etc) and that lead me nowhere.
Just plastic might have a chance with sheet metal screws but yeah machine screws with nylon locknut would be how I'd solve this. Hopefully you can get to the back of the ramp readily.
Yes 832 locknut for 832 screw.

What do I know. I think mine is being held on with a zip tie. (Just got the game Friday and haven't shopped it yet.)
