Robo-War
Gottlieb, 1988Just finished restoring my Robo War but need some advice on what to do next..I know it was non working when i bought it.
New mpu and driver board has been installed.
On powerup there are only lights on 5 of the inserts and backbox.The light on the soundboard is also pulsing.
5v on power board is ok.
What do i need to check next ? Fuses ? 
can you specify the exact problem ....
1) can you add credits ?
2) when left alone is there any sounds ?
3) can you run the test mode with the button on the left inside the cabinet door ?
4) do you have 2 balls in ?
5) did you check for the slam switch on the coin door ( should be closed)
I will check when i get home from work.2 balls are installed.Coindoor is not connected yet.No sounds and nothing in the display.
It doesn't sound like your MPU is booting.
Do you have another System 80 game you can test that board in?
You can even use an 80/80A to see if at least feature mode lights start.
