It's a clip from the movie, "Wizard Mode", on Robert Gagno. It's available to watch on Netflix now.

This footage seems recut from the Wizard Mode documentary, where that shot of TZ was first used. Other pinballs are featured throughout, so perhaps for that one shot they wanted it to be about Robert and less about the game.
