Don't worry when we make Game #3, Bible Adventures, demand won't be so high...
noahs ark multiball 2X2 2 ball then 4 then 6 then 8. epic good fun.
Charlie, you guys are doing it right. Don't ever change a thing.
To the naysayers.
Think you can do better?
Start your own company.
No preorders, no crowd funding.
Quit your job and make and sell your own games like Charlie did.
In short, put up or shut up.
Many have tried, many have failed.
Spooky have success because they are 100% up front and honest and they bust their asses every day to make a good product and follow up with good custome support. That is truly the American way.
Again, think you can do better?
Put up or shut up.
does anyone know if the pinball zombies prototype still exists?
I think it would be cool if down the road spooky does a small run of the game.
Congrats to you Charlie and all of team spooky. Good for you for having the stones to think outside the box and not just build yet another fan layout. I look forward to playing rz.
Something to carefully think about............
You are standing next to Charlie at a pinball show.
Would you say to Charlie, ( while looking him in the eye) the game looks cheap, the art sucks, etc.?
If not, then maybe the best thing here is to say, it's not for me, not a theme in into etc.
We all have an opinion, me too.
You have to remember, Charlie put his home and family life at risk to start this company. He has put his blood, sweat, and years into making this work.
He seems to be a very gentle and kind man with a thick skin.
Long story short, think before you pull the trigger. Once you fire it. It can not be pulled back.
The difference is you are always respectful and offer positive ideas and have a point of reference.
You are a professional.
Some here are just dicks.
I don't know a thing about art. What's good what's not. IMO,
The playfield art is fine.
Besides, you don't play the art.
I will go back to acdc. The art is nothing great. But the game is completly awesome in every way.
Quoted from thedarkknight77:
I hope Charlie considers selling the Translites to anyone who wants one. It is such a beautiful piece, even though I am getting a RZ, it would be a shame if only 300 are able to get to show the art. Besides, hopefully he could make additional profit to help Spooky grow as a company. If people want a LE Translite, heck sell them for $300, that would indirectly ad value to the LE and allows others to own it as well.......No need to limit it.
t shirts or hoodies with the art would also be cool.
Quoted from kaneda:
Let's not have short memories now. People's feedback made Hobbit look so much nicer. It's hard not to see what could have been when you line them up side by side. Spooky owns all the art. I think Aurich said it best...you need a designer to help guide the artist on how to lay stuff out.
