My outhole solenoid wont stop firing? It keeps kicking all the balls to the plunger. I cleaned off all the diodes on both of the opto boards and checked the ball switch by the plunger(OK) but it still keeps firing? Any ideas?

Have you run a switch test in the diag menu? What did it say?

Assuming correct number of balls in it.
I would check the row and column the ball jam opto is on. That is the last opto a ball goes by going up to the shooter lane.
A good chance on the same row or column there is a switch wired wrong, diode on backwards, or a short to switch wiring or lugs.
