I've bought a roadshow disused for a long time, during the game every now and then the bulldozer starts to go up and down without reason, and even from the test menu when it enters the test does the same thing, coming out of the test again, you have to turn off the pinball to stop it, what could it be?

Do you have another Motor controller board for test?
Or check the fuses.

I tried to replace the transistor in motor board, but still the same problem

I have an addams, can I test with the powerboard A-12697-1, even if roadshow installs A-12697-3?

What the hell??? Isn't the bulldozer driver by a motor not a coil? I don't even know how it's physically doing it that fast. Is the gear on wrong and binding?

That said... I had mine going up and down (at a much more controlled speed) and it was the sensor behind the bulldozer. Basically it was stuck on so it thought a ball was caught behind the bulldozer and it kept going up and down trying to let it out. Could be there... but I've never seen anything quite like your example.

I was having this exact same thing happen on mine a little over a month ago. Cleaned opto's, re-adjusted eddy boards but still would not fix it. I finally got fed up and ordered a new opto board from Great Lakes Modular. Completely fixed the issue, I guess the board just flaked out as it appeared to be the original.

You can see it right on the main page, "RS-BOB - Roadshow Blade Opto Interrupter Board". http://www.greatlakesmodular.com/

They still have these in stock, I would highly recommend ordering yourself one and saving your hair from being ripped out!

Check the connector on the dozer opto board too.
