Ted is the PITA to get out.
Also make sure Ted's dozer works correctly and the eddy sensors are tripping.
Yeah, LEDs really help this game pop. But its easy to overdo it. I would advise against all color in the GI, a few blue sprinked in looks a lot better mixed with cool white. The cool white compliments the color scheme of the playfield IMHO.
Since you got a great price, pop for a color DMD if yours is indeed shot, might just be unplugged.
