    This pin is connected to the powerdriverboard "line level detect" - LOW. It is not used in the software

    It is the circuit that monitors the +18V , well known of the flickering LEDs 2+3.
    As you can see in the picture, in the latter boards not even stuffed on the PCB.
    It is not needed to repair.

    and also visible in the picture, the 2 unused jumpers next to R197 are directly connected to pin 32 and 33 of J113
