Working on a Road Show and the start city coil will not fire either in a game or in test. When I started to try and track it down I checked J107 and found this behind the connector on the board pins. A small piece of copper wire shaped almost like a figure 8 that looks like someone was trying to tie Pins#2 and #3 together on the board. Question is why? Anyone have an idea(s) what this is supposed to accomplish. I cant imagine it got there by accident.
