I'm in need of two simple parts for Red's eyes.
The plastic eyelid link 03-8479 and the centering flange 03-8486.
These are $3 and $2 each at Marco's Specialties, but shipping to the Netherlands will kill the deal completely.
Can someone who is ordering at Marco's help me out?
Order these parts for me and put them in a simple bubble envelope.
If you will send them to me for more aceptable fees, I'll be more than happy to PayPal you the owed money.
Maybe someone might consider it being a donation....

Quoted from Davi:

The problematic one is available in Germany:
http://www.pinball.center/en/shop/pinball-parts-by-game/road-show/4395/eyelid-link-for-funhouse-und-road-show
The other one is very simple, I can print for you, just send me dimensions.
Or the easiest way: let's someone from US help to you

Yes, I know.
It's also available in the Netherlands, but only the eyelid link.
Not the centering flange.
Sometimes the simple things are hard to get....

So I ordered an L-6 ROM as my Road Show is running LX-2. Can someone point out where this chip is located on the board? I do not want to remove the wrong chip and fry my board. Any help is appreciated.

At the yellow arrow....

I like the B version...
Maybe you should add a poll.

Quoted from dudah:

Separate issue - assuming you should be able to plunge into Ted's mouth. Mine did that before I pulled the heads to work on them and now I can only get it to hit the star post just to the left. Any tweaks? Re-level? Check plunger alignment?

You should enter the "blast zone" hole for the skill shot, not Ted's mouth.

Ted must have had an accident with his bulldozer.....

Quoted from Jjsmooth:

Mine shakes so hard, it's annoying, so I turned it off. Not sure if they are all that way.

Just shift the (un)ballans weight so it doesn't shake as hard.

Looking for some help. After more than a year down I've finally decided it's time to fix the road show. Trying to access this repair site which is awesome but only the link for part 3 is working. Does anyone have a link to the rest of this help site or some other link to a step by step repair site. I definately have board issues.

Did you try the pinwiki site?
It has most of that info and maybe more.

Hey Guys,
could anyone give me some pointers as to why when I use my left flipper its is now killing the game and restarting it?
I already replaced the flipper coils with no success.
Thanks in advance!

Check your connectors at the left side (power input) of the Power Driver Board.

Wouldn't these look great on Road Show....

I just ordered 12 of them.

Quoted from THJM:

Why would you need 12? According to the Road Show manual there are only 2 of those style posts in the game.

A few spares and for someone else his game.
Maybe I add a post in a place where it looks good and does not interfear with gameplay.

Quoted from THJM:

My understanding is that J120 and J121 can be used interchangeably.

Yes, they are.
Check if the playfield light work if you change J120 to J121 and vice versa.
If it works, check the connections between J120 and J121.

The connector wiring information is also available in the manual.
Near the end of the manual are the pages with all the connectors mentioned, along with their function and color.

Quoted from RobDutch:

Eye issue with Red. The eyelids never go to the "middle" position: they're either fully open, or fully closed. Anyone got an idea on what to do? Already took the mechs apart, cleaned the plunger and inside of the coil. The reset coil (eyes close) works perfect, replaced the plunger with a new one thanks to OLDPINGUY.
Anyone know what to do? Replace spring with a stronger one?
Here's a video:

Clean the mechanics or take it apart and do it again.
Use manual page 2-23 and 2-24 for more help.
This should go smoothly without any force.
Even gravity should let the lids fall back to their halveway position.
Does the coil have the centering flange (part # 03-8486) at the bottom?
Sometimes this is missing.

Quoted from SimplePin:

Does anyone have a link to the original instruction cards? Yes I'm talking about the ugly off white ones.
Thanks

Did you check my website http://www.inkochnito.nl
Look in the Williams section.
Dowload the Road Show file and print it on a paper of your liking.
When printing be sure to set scaling to "no scaling", do not adjust to paper size.
Can be any color you want.

Quoted from HIPPY:

Has anyone put in the translucent eyes and put lights in the heads for them? What did you install for lights? Thanks.

I've seen it once, but it look very unnatural.
I wouldn't do this, unless it was Stargate.
