Have a Road Kings that when the lights flash, the speaker hums in unison with it. What's the best way to eliminate the feedback?

First thing is to make sure boards are properly grounded...tighten existing screws and replace missing screws

I was going to mention that all screws are presents, cleaned the area underneath them, and made sure all were tight. What is required to check the ground?

its usually always screws but since you checked that, check caps on the power supply, mpu sound section and sound board . The electrolytic caps do not age well and need replacement more often than not.
