Road Kings Drop Target lites always off only the "s" in king(s) lights! I'm digging maybe I'll get some leads here before I find it.

LED's are good, Q49 tested good, this transistor drives the column for these 8 lamps. The "S" is on and is in column 3 so that explains that. ?
